Climbing Arborist
If you have the ambition and physical ability to set up top roping and climb, want to learn advanced knots and rope techniques, and supervise a ground crew, this is an ideal starting point for you to join our teams. Pay will be commensurate with skill and experience and ability to communicate to ground crew for safety.

What you will do
- Plan and set rigging for removals over structures, fences, and gardens.
- Prune for structure and long-term health, not just for looks.
- Identify deadwood, fungus, and hazard defects and flag them to the estimator.
- Run a tidy site — the yard should look better than we found it.
Required
- 2+ years climbing
- Aerial rescue capable
- Valid driver license
Desirable
- Own saddle and saw
- SRT experience
- Storm-response availability
