Paint Team Member
Interior and/or exterior painting, wood structure cleaning and preparation for conditioning, sealing, and stain applications. People who do masking and paint prep work may form a sub team and start work ahead. Each person will be encouraged to specialize, as well as train other new hires when necessary.

What you will do
- Prep, mask, prime, and finish interior and exterior surfaces.
- Pressure wash and treat wood before exterior coatings.
- Protect landscaping and interiors — no overspray, no surprises.
- Walk the finished work with the homeowner before you pack up.
Required
- 2+ years interior/exterior painting
- Comfortable on ladders
- Valid driver license
Desirable
- Own hand tools
- Cabinet or trim experience
- Drywall patching
